New MRIA Strategic Plan Provides Rudder in Stormy Seas
A new MRIA Strategic Plan, 2009-2011 was approved by the National Board of Directors in October. The Plan builds upon the foundation of MRIA’s first Strategic Plan, 2005-08 and the Association’s successes over the past four years.

But it also steers us toward some exciting new opportunities, namely four Strategic Goals that have their roots in a new MRIA Vision Statement and an updated MRIA Mission Statement.

The new MRIA Strategic Plan, 2009-2011 can be viewed on the Members Only section of our web site. Please take the time to scan the new Strategic Plan and gain an appreciation of what you’re Association will be up to, over the next three years, on your behalf. And to consider how you might support and/or get involved in our strategic initiatives.

And speaking of member support and involvement, thank you to the several hundred members who took the time to provide input into the development of the new Strategic Plan, through the online survey we hosted in late 2007. Your input played an influential role in the deliberations that produced the new Strategic Plan.
