1,351 articles and 474 authors now online in new MRIA Electronic Library

A combined library, featuring articles that were published in MRIA's Candian Journal of Marketing Research (CJMR), Vue, the monthly Magazine of the MRIA, as well as Imprints, the magazine of the former Professional Marketing Research Society (PMRS), is now available on the website, accessible to membners only.

The library features over 1,350 fully searchable, cutting edge articles on the marketing research and intelligence industry that have been published by over 470 of Canada's leading market research practitioners.

Write articles for Vue Magazine
We encourage all VUE readers to submit articles, letters and ideas. Please e-mail VUE Editor Nikita James Nanos at nnanos@sesresearch.com, indicating the topic on which you are interested in sharing your views or experience. Submissions should be between 600 and 1,200 words in length and should focus on topics relevant to the market research and intelligence industry in Canada.

Share your expertise and knowledge... VUE is considering articles on a wide range of topics for our December edition. The article submission deadline is October 20th, 2005.

Prairie Chapter Releases 2005/2006 Season Details - This year is expected to be a very busy one for the MRIA Prairie Chapter. The first luncheon series event took place on September 22 and drew a large audience. The next event in this series will take place on October 20th. President's Tour Event at the Royal Alberta Museum a Great Success! The President's Tour event at the Royal Alberta Museum (RAM) on September 21, 2005 was Great Success. Tim Willis, Assistant Director, Project Renewal, RAM, spoke on the role of audience research in the revitalization of the Museum. MRIA's National President, Don Mills, summarized important developments in the industry and the recent merger of national market research associations.
