The 2006 Edition of MRIA's Research Buyer's
Guide is now available

You will receive with your August issue of Vue a very important document: the 2006 Research Buyer's Guide. This comprehensive industry sourcebook provides research buyers with access to hundreds of listings of research providers and their services.

Beginning with this 2006 Edition of the Guide, only Corporate members of the Association are listed or advertised in it. Corporate members subscribe to both MRIA's Corporate and Individual Codes of Conduct.

An update-able and searchable on-line version is also available on our website


NOW is the time to add new Individual members or join as a new Corporate member of MRIA
MRIA has introduced pro-rated membership dues for first-time members of the Association, which are available from July 1 to December 31, 2006:

  • New Individual members can join for six months at the reduced rate of $180 (plus $50 Initiation Fee plus GST). Please inform your friends and colleagues in the industry, and enroll your new employees so they can start receiving the benefits of MRIA membership. To do so, please download the New Individual Member application form by clicking here;
     
  • New Corporate members can join for six months, at the reduced rate of $180 (plus GST), which includes an Individual membership for the Corporate representative (a $50 Initiation Fee still applies). Preferred Survey Registration fees have also been reduced for this six-month period. To become a Corporate member, please download the New Corporate Member application form by clicking here.

Are you the last CMRP research member to write a CJMR article? - Deadline: Sept. 30th!
The next issue of CJMR will be published in the fall. CJMR is for innovative Canadian research practitioners first and foremost. In particular, we welcome contributions from members involved in Business Intelligence, Business-to-Business, or qualitative research. Remember: articles don't need to be long or full of algorithms. New Presidents - Alberta and Toronto Chapters
Two MRIA Chapters have recently elected new Boards of Directors:
